Click the "Join Now" button at the top of the page. Fill in your personal details including your name, email, phone number, ID number, and date of birth. You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of South Africa to register.

Go to My Account > Verification and upload the required documents: a valid ID document (SA ID or passport) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months). Verification usually takes 24-48 hours.

Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your email address and we'll send you a password reset link. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, EFT bank transfers, Ozow, and various voucher systems. All deposits are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

The minimum deposit is R100. Maximum deposits vary by payment method. Card payments allow up to R100,000 per transaction.

Card payments and Ozow are instant. EFT bank transfers typically take 1-2 hours during business hours.

Go to the Cashier page and select "Withdraw". Choose your preferred withdrawal method and enter the amount. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible.

Bank transfers take 1-3 business days. E-wallet withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours. VIP members enjoy faster processing times.

Visit the Promotions page and click "Claim" on any eligible promotion. Some bonuses are automatically applied during deposit. Always read the full terms and conditions before claiming.

Wagering requirements specify how many times you must bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw. For example, a R100 bonus with 35x wagering requires R3,500 in bets before withdrawal.
